MEI diamankan Polisi tepat di Jalan Pangeran Hidayat, Kelurahan Wumialo, Kecamatan Kota Tengah, Kota Gorontalo, saat dirinya hendak menunggu paket Cash On Delivery (COD) ojek online.
“Informasi yang diterima Team Biviitam, ada terduga pelaku yang sering mengedarkan obat keras di wilayah Kota Gorontalo. Setelah dikembangkan, identitas pelaku ini mengarah ke MEI,” kata Kapolresta Gorontalo Kota, Kombespol Dr.Ade Permana, S.I.K., MH
Kombespol Ade Permana juga menuturkan, dari hasil penangkapan terhadap MEI ini, Polisi turut mengamankan Ratusan Butir obat keras.
“Total barang bukti yang berhasil disita, ada tiga puluh Strip obat keras. Per stripnya ada sepuluh butir. Jadi keseluruhannya ada tiga ratus butir,” ujar Kombes Ade.
“Saat ini pelaku sudah kami amankan di Mapolresta Gorontalo Kota, sembari melakukan penyelidikan lebih lanjut asal mula obat keras yang dimiliki oleh pelaku ini,” pungkas KBP Ade
