Polres Gorontalo Kota – Tim Puslitbang Polri melaksanakan penelitian tentang Tingkat Kepercayaan Masyarakat Terhadap Kinerja Polri di wilayah hukum Polres Gorontalo Kota senin, (10/02/2020).
Kegiatan penelitian ini dipimpin Kombes Pol. Sudrajad Hariwibowo, SIK, M.Si selaku Ketua Tim Peneliti, Dr. Andy A. zaelany MA, selaku Konsultan, Pembina Dwi Irawati, SS dan Penda Tegawati. A.Md.
Tujuan penelitian dimaksud adalah untuk melihat tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap 5 (lima) fungsi layanan kepolisian yaitu : fungsi Lalu lintas, Reserse, Intel , Binmas dan sabhara. Dalam penelitian masih menggunakan 5 (lima) indikator pengungkit layanan yaitu : Bukti langsung (tangibles), Keandalan (reliability), Daya tanggap (responsiveness), Jaminan (asurance) dan Kesesuaian (conformance), dan ditambah satu indikator yaitu indikator reward terkait dengan kesejahteraan anggota berupa kenaikan gaji dan peningkatan Sarpras (Sarana Prasarana)
Sasaran dari penelitian ini yakni masyarakat yang berada di wilayah hukum Polres Gorontalo Kota dengan sampel penelitian di beberapa tempat seperti pangkalan bentor, sekolah-sekolah, TPI (tempat pelelangan ikan), satpas sim, Satpol, Kampus poltekes, Basarnas, Damkar, Kejari, pengadilan negeri, dan lapas.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada masyarakat pada umumnya. Selain respoden masyarakat kegiatan penelitian juga melaksanakan FGD dengan Kapolres Gorontalo Kota dan kemudian di hadiri para kasat.
