PolrestaGorontaloKota,Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polresta Gorontalo kota mengungkap kasus penggelapan dan pengalihan objek jaminan fidusia berupa ( satu ) unit Mitshubishi L 300 PU FD nomor Rangka : PAEL67MKNNB011850 , nomor mesin : 4N14UAM9888 warna : HITAM

Kapolresta Gorontalo Kota Kombespol Dr.Ade Permana,S.I.K.,M.H melalui kasat reskrim Kompol Leonardo Widharta,S.I.K., mengatakan bahwa kasus ini terungkap berdasarkan laporan dari PT MTF yang melapor terkait pengalihan jaminan fidusia pada 03 Juni 2023

Di jelaskan Kompol Leonardo bahwa awalnya Pada tanggal 06 April 2023 Pr.YA menandatangani kontrak kredit 1 unit mobil L300,kemudian pada 08 April 2023 mobil tersebut di jual oleh suaminya LK.MNIK dan dibantu Lk.PP dengan harga 54.000.000 (lima puluh empat juta rupiah)

Ditambahkan Kompol Leonardo bahwa Pr.YA memberikan uang muka sebesar Rp. 22.000.000 (dua puluh dua juta rupiah) Dengan jangka waktu pembayaran 5 (lima) tahun dimana setiap bulannya angsuran yang harus dibayarkan adalah Rp.6.164.000 (enam juta seratus enam puluh empat ribu rupiah),namun mobil terebut hanya dua hari di tangan Pr.YA langsung di jual suaminya LkMNIK dan tidak pernah membayar angsuran.

“Jadi suami istri ini menjual 1 (satu) unit mobil L300 dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungn dan tanpa sepengetahuan dari pihak finance”,Ujar Kompol Leonardo

Lebih lanjut Kompol Leonardo menuturkan jika Ketiga pelaku yang telah di tetapkan tersangka sudah ditahan di rutan Polrsta Gorontalo Kota pada sabtu (3/6) masing masing Pr.YA (36) dan suaminya MNIK (36) warga Desa Reksonegoro Kecamatan Tibawa Kota Gorontalo dan PP (25) warga desa Botubarani Kecamatan Kabila Bone kabupaten Gorontalo

Mereka di jerat dengan pasal 36 UU No.42 Tahun 1999 tentang jaminan fidusia dan atau pasal 372 KUHPidana Jo Pasal 55 Ayat (1) ke-1 KUHPidana Jo Pasal 56 Ke-1 KUHPidana,tutup Kompol Leonardo
