Peristiwa yang diduga keras telah dilakukan oleh tersangka terjadi di Kost ARCHI Kelurahan Huangobotu Kecamatan Dungingi Kota Gorontalo 28 Februari 2021 kemarin.
Kapolres Gorontalo Kota AKBP Desmont Harjendro ,A.P,SIK,MT Melalui Kasat Reskrim Polres Gorontalo Kota AKP Laode Arwansyah SIK mengatakan, dalam adegan pelaksanaan rekonstruksi peristiwa tersebut dilakukan sendiri oleh tersangka, korban (peran pengganti) serta saksi-saksi sebanyak tiga orang.
“Jadi dalam proses rekontruksi ini terdapat sebanyak 52 adegan yang diperagakan oleh tersangka sendiri, korban dengan peran pengganti serta para saksi. Dalam adegan reka ulang pelaku gelap mata karena tidak terima diajak oral seks oleh korbanusai mengkonsumsi minuman beralkohol, Jelas Kasat Reskrim
Kasat Reskrim Polres Gorontalo Kota Akp Laode Arwansyah juga Mengatakan, Dalam reka ulang ini tidak ada fakta baru yang didapat oleh penyidik .
