Aksi penikaman tersebut terjadi di Kel. Libuo Kec. dungingi Kota Gorontalo , pada jumat (14/08/20) pukul 22.30 wita.
Aksi tersebut dilakukan oleh tersangka MS ( 17), warga kecamatan dungingi, terhadap korban RH (17) IA (17) yang keduanya adalah dan warga kelurahan Buladu Kecamatan Kota Barat.
