PolrestaGorontaloKota,Sat Narkoba Polresta Gorontalo Kota berhasil melaksanakan operasi tangkap tangan terhadap seorang warga berinisal WK dikelurahan Bugis Kecamatan Dumbo Raya beberapa waktu lalu pada 23 januari 2023
Kapolresta Gorontalo Kota Kombespol Dr. Ade Permana,S.I.K.,MH didampingi Kasat Narkoba Akp Cecep Ibnu Ahmadi,S.H.,S.I.K., dihadapan sejumlah awak media pada konfrensi pers Jumat (3/2/2023) pagi mengatakan, WK (25) warga kelurahan Bugis Kecamatan Dumbo Raya ini ditangkap karena terbukti membawa barang haram narkotika jenis ganja.
“Adapun barang bukti yang di temukan pada saat pemeriksaan tersebut diantaranya yakni narkoba jenis ganja seberat 246,12 gram dan 1 ( satu ) buah Handphone milik pelaku”, Jelas KBP Ade Permana.
Lanjut Kapolresta Kombes Pol Ade Permana, Bahwa paket barang haram yang dimiliki pelaku WK merupakan kiriman dari luar daerah.
” jadi setelah kita melakukan pengembangan dan penyelidan, diketahui bahwa paket ganja ini dikirim dari luar daerah kota gorontalo. Semantara Pelaku dikenakan Pasal 111 ayat (1) UU 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika,dengan Ancaman hukuman 12 (Dua Belas) tahun penjara”, Tutup Kapolresta.
