Penaikan bendera merah putih oleh personil Polresta Gorontalo Kota menjadi inti dari upacara ini. Dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan Tri Brata dan Catur Prasetya serta penyampaian amanat Kapolresta Gorontalo Kota.
“Kegiatan ini jangan hanya dijadikan sebagai acara ceremonial rutin saja, namun ini agenda yang menjadi tolak ukur kita dalam pelaksanaan kinerja kita. Kemudian mengenai perkembangan situasi jelang Pemilu serentak yang sudah mulai tahapannya, saya harap kita semua dapat meningkatkan stabilitas keamanan serta deteksi dini hal-hal yang dapat memicu konflik. Tidak lupa, kita akan meningkatkan pelaksanaan patroli rutin untuk mencegah gangguan kamtibmas di wilayah Kota Gorontalo.” Tutup KBP Ade
