JUDI SABUNG AYAM,SATRESKRIM POLRESTA GORONTALO KOTA TETAPKAN 11 TERSANGKA

PolrestaGorontaloKota,Sat Reskrim Polresta Gorontalo Kota, tetapkan sebelas orang sebagai tersangka dari 41 orang yang diamankan dari arena judi sabung ayam di gudang conch Kelurahan Tenda Kecamatan Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo pada Sabtu 17/6 lalu

Kapolresta Gorontalo Kota KombesPol Dr.Ade Permana,S.I.K.,M.H melalui Kasat Reskrim Kompol Leonardo Widharta,S.I.K mengatakan setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan penyidik akhirnya menetapkan sebelas orang sebagai tersangka dari 41 orang yang ditangkap dari lokasi judi sabung ayam tersebut.

Dijelaskan Kompol Leonardo sebelas orang yang di tetapkan tersangka dan sudah dilakukan penahanan di rutan Polresta Gorontalo Kota adalah MD (49) selalu penyelenggara judi sabung ayam,RN (46) dan AM (36) keduanya adalah wasit,MN (50),JU (42),MD (42),DS (27),ED (25),RP (25), GR (25) dan DP (28) yang merupakan pemain judi sabung ayam.

Selain menetapkan empat orang tersangka, polisi juga menyita sejumlah barang bukti, antara lain sejumlah uang taruhan judi,mobil,motor,ayam,kandang ayam dan vel (arena sabung ayam),ujar Kompol Leonardo

“sebelas orang ini dijerat dengan pasal Pasal 303 Ayat (1) ke-1, ke-2, ke-3 dan Ayat (3) KUHPidana Sub Pasal 303 Bis Ayat (1) ke-1 dan ke-2 KUHPidana dengan ancaman pidana penjara paling lama sepuluh tahun atau pidana denda,”tutup kompol Leonardo
