Polres Gorontalo Kota,Jajaran Satresnarkoba Polres Gorontalo Kota berhasil mengamankan ML (24) penjual obat tanpa izin edar di Kelurahan Donggala Kecamatan Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo,Selasa (25/01) malam
Kapolres Gorontalo Kota AKBP suka Irawanto, SIK, M.Si melalui Kasat Narkoba Polres Gorontalo Kota Iptu Mahyudin Popoi,SH menjelaskan bahwa team opsnal sat narkoba mengamankan ML karena berdasarkan informasi masyarakat Jika ML sering menjual obat obatan tanpa disertai resep dokter
Lebih lanjut Iptu Mahyudin menjelaskan setelah mengamankan ML , team opsnal juga berhasil menyita 21 (dua puluh satu ) strip obat jenis Trihexiphenidyl dengan jumlah keseluruhan 210 butir setelah melakukan penggeledahan di rumah ML.
Terkait dengan kasus itu, tersangka kenakan pasal tentang penyalahgunaan obat-obatan, yakni Pasal 196 Jo Pasal 197 UU No 36 Tahun 2009
“Pasal 197 menentukan bahwa setiap orang yang dengan sengaja memproduksi atau mengedarkan sediaan farmasi dan/atau alat kesehatan yang tidak memiliki izin edar sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 106 ayat (1) dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 15 (lima belas) tahun dan denda paling banyak Rp.1.500.000.000,00,”ujar Iptu Mahyudin.
Iptu Mahyudin Juga mengimbau, agar masyarakat lebih berhati-hati dan tidak melakukan tindak pidana penyalahgunaan obat-obatan. Ia menegaskan, pihak Kepolisian tidak main – main dalam hal pemberantasan dan peredaran obat-obatan terlarang.
“Sayangi diri kita. Ingat, narkoba hanya akan merusak masa depan dan juga membunuhmu. No narkoba, yes prestasi,” Tutup Iptu Mahyudin .
