Kegiatan tersebut di hadiri oleh Ketua TP PKK Kota gorontalo Ibu Jusmiati Kiayi Demak Beserta Anggota PKK, lurah Dulalowo Timur dan aparat kelurahan ,Bhabinsa Kel.Dulalowo Timur Serda Saharudin, Kepala puskes Kecamatan Kota Tengah Bpk Ashar Liputo dan masyarakat di Kel.Dulalowo Timur.
