Sat Narkoba Polresta Gorontalo Kota Ungkap Kasus Narkotika Jenis Ganja

PolrestaGorontaloKota,Polresta Gorontalo Kota melalui Satresnarkoba berhasil mengungkap kasus narkotika jenis ganja di Kelurahan Siendeng Kecamatan Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo pada Rabu 13 September 2023 sekitar pukul 18.30 Wita.

Kapolresta Gorontalo Kota Kombespol Dr. Ade Permana, S. I. K.,MH yang didampingi Kasat Resnarkoba AKP Ricky P. Parmo, SHi saat press conference mengatakan bahwa opsnal Sat Narkoba mengamankan dua orang laki laki dengan identitas IR (32) warga Kelurahan Siendeng Kecamatan Hulonthalangi pada 13/09 dan keesokan harinya kembali mengamankan AGM (41) warga Desa Toto Utara Kecamatan Tilong Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango

Dijelaskan KBP Ade Permana bahwa awalnya team opsnal melakukan tangkap tangan terhadap IR(31) di kelurahan siedeng Kecamatan Hulonthalangi dan mengamankan

  • (satu) pack transparent rolling papers dengan merek hornet cigarette paper;
  • 1 (satu) pack kertas pembatas;
  • 1 (satu) buah plastik yang berwarna orange;
  • 1 (satu) buah plastik yang berwarna hitam;
  • 1 (satu) buah Tas yang berwarna hitam;
  • 1 (satu) buah Kota Kaleng;
  • 1 (satu) buah pembungkus rokok SAMPOERNA yang diduga berisi 1 (satu)
    linting Narkotika jenis Ganja;
  • 1 (satu) buah kotak kaleng yang diduga berisi 1 (satu) linting Narkotika jenis
    Ganja;
  • 1 (satu) lembar kertas warna putih yang diduga berisi Narkotika jenis Ganja;
  • 2 (dua) Lembar kertas warna coklat yang diduga berisi Narkotika jenis Ganja dan 1 (satu) sachet plastik kip yang diduga berisi Narkotika Ganja.

Lebih lanjut KBP Ade menjelaskan bahwa setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan tersangka IR mengaku jika barang tersebut di beli dari AGM (41) yang sudah di kenal sejak dua tahun terakhir.

“Jadi, besoknya team opsnal kembali mengamankan AGM dan dirinya mengakui barang bukti yang ditemukan kepada Tsk IR benar dibeli darinya, dimana AGM mendapat barang tersebut dari akun faceboook.

Ditambahkan KBP Ade bahwa Barang bukti telah dilakukan pengujian di BPOM Gorontalo dengan berat bersih 19791,95 mg dan hasil uji Positif mengandung THC Narkotika Ganja dan hasil tes Urine terhadap kedua tersangka dengan hasil Uji keduanya Positif THC Narkotika Ganja

Kedua tersangka dijerat dengan pasal Pasal 114 Ayat (1) Subsider Pasal 111 Ayat (1) Lebih Subsider Pasal 127 Ayat (1) Huruf a Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2009 Tentang Narkotika. Jo Pasal 55 Ayat (1) Ke-1 KUHPIDANA, dengan ancaman hukuman minimal 5 tahun dan maksimal 20 tahun kurungan penjara, tutup KBP Ade
