Dijelaskan Kompol Leonardo bahwa Kejadian terebut terjadi pada Jumat 15/09 16.00 taman kota Kelurahan Limba UII Kota Gorontalo dimana identitas korban adalah RU (13) warga kecamatan Dungingi Kota Gorontalo yang merupakan siswa SMP di salah satu sekolah yang ada di Kota Gorontalo sementara pelaku adalah SS (16) warga kelurahan Limba UI dan sudah putus sekolah.
