PolrestaGorontaloKota,Setelah menjalani proses penyelidikan dan penyidikan,Sat Lantas Polresta Gorontalo Kota menetapkan RAB (25) warga Kelurahan Timuata Kecamatan Telaga Biru Kabupaten Gorobtalo pada kasus tabrak lari/kecelakaan Lalu Lintas di Jalan Madura Kelurahan liluwo Kecamatan Kota Tengah Kota Gorontalo.

Kapolresta Gorontalo Kota Kombespol Dr.Ade Permana,S.I.K.,M.H., didampingi kasat Lantas Akp Supomo,SH pada press conference,Jumat (19/05) mengatakan jika RAB telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan ditahan di ruang tahanan Polresta Gorontalo Kota

Dijelaskan KBP Ade jika sebelum menabrak SH (70) yang mengakibatkan korban meninggal dunia,pelaku yang sudah dalam pengaruh minuman beralkohol terkejut saat ada bentor (becak motor) yang bergerak dari arah berlawanan dan membanting stir lalu menyerempet bentor kemudian menabrak penjalan kaki yang ada di tepi jalan

“Jadi RAB selain sudah dalam pengaruh alkohol juga hilang kendali saat melihat bentor (becak motor) dari arah berlawanan sehingga menyerempet bentor dan kemudian menabrak pejalan kaki,Ujar KBP Ade

Pelaku dijerat dengan pasal 310 ayat (4) Jo pasal 312 UURI No 22 tahun 2009 tentang lalu lintas angkutan jalan dengan ancaman 6 (enam) tahun penjara,tutup KBP Ade
