Polres Gorontalo Kota,Kapolres Gorontalo Kota Akbp Desmont Harjendro,A.P ,SIK,MT didampingi Kasat Reskrim AKP La Ode Arwansyah,SH,SIK menggelar press rilis terkait kasus Pemberian miras kepada seorang bayi di Gorontalo, Kamis (28/1/2021) bertempat di Media center Polres Gorontalo Kota.
Dalam rilis ini Polres Gorontalo Kota akhirnya menahan dan menetapkan dua tersangka sebagai aktor utama pemberi miras kepada seorang bayi di Gorontalo.
Kapolres Gorontalo Kota Akbp Desmont Harjendro mengatakan salah satu dari dua tersangka adalah paman korban, Pria bertato yang viral usai memberi minum miras (Minuman keras) kepada seorang bayi berumur 4 bulan.
“Pria bertato berinisial RM alias Andika (19) menjadi pelaku utama dalam kasus ini. Sementara satu tersangka lainnya MH alias Mato berperan sebagai orang yang merekam langsung adegan bejad itu”, Ujar Kapolres dihadapan sejumlah wartawan.
Selain kedua tersangka lanjut Kapolres, Polres Gorontalo Kota juga mewajibkan dua remaja lain yakni WED (16) dan ARA (16) untuk melakukan wajib lapor. Kedua remaja yang masih berstatus pelajar itu adalah rekan Andika yang ikut berpesta miras bersama Andika saat peristiwa itu terjadi.
“Sudah kita lakukan gelar perkara dan kami tetapkan dua tersangka, dan 2 orang lagi sebagai pelaku dan kami tetapkan wajib lapor. Berkasnya juga sudah kami limpahkan ke Kejaksaan untuk proses lebih lanjut,” Tutup Kapolres Gorontalo Kota, AKBP Desmont Harjendro.
