Polres Gorontalo Kota – Tim Pusat Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Puslitbang) Polri melaksanakan penelitian tentang Efektivitas Penggelaran Sistem Elektronik Manajemen Penyidikan (e-MP) Reskrim dalam mewujudkan Pelayanan Prima Polri di Polres Gorontalo Kota.Selasa (11/08/20)
Kedatangan Tim Puslitbang Polri yang dipimpin oleh KBP Syahrial M.Said ,SIK yang, sudah bekerja sama dengan BPPT dengan di dampingi oleh Konsultan BPPT bapak Dipl.ing.Meidy layooari ini diterima langsung oleh Kapolres Gorontalo Kota AKBP Desmont Harjendro A.P,S.I.K, MT .
Penelitian yang digelar di Ruang Wira Paratama ini diikuti oleh Kasat Reskrim, Kasat Resnarkoba beserta para Kanit dan penyidik pembantu dari Polsek jajaran Polres Gorontalo Kota .
Sebelum penelitian dimulai, Kapolres Gorontalo Kota AKBP Desmont Harjendro A.P, S.I.K, MT memberikan sambutan dan mengucapkan terima kasih atas kedatangan team Litbang ke Polda Gorontalo dan lebih khusus ke Polres Gorontalo Kota
Sebelum pengisian Quisioner Kombes Pol Syahrial M. Said, S.I.K selaku Ketua Tim Penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Sebagai Informasi bahwa Ada 12 Polda dan salah satunya Polda Gorontalo yang akan kami jadikan Sampel penerapan e-MP untuk kami buatkan Laporan yang kemudian akan di tindak lanjuti oleh Kabareskrim Polri.
Pada Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini kami harapkan Kepada rekan-rekan Semua agar jangan sungkan apabila ada permasalahan ataupun kendala dalam penggunaan e-MP dan kami juga harapkan kepada rekan-rekan sekalian dapat memberikan Kritik yang membangun terhadap kami Puslitbang Polri dalam Penggunaan e-MP ini,Ujar KBP Syahrial
Lebih lanjut KBP Syahrial menjelaskan Tujuan Pelaksanaan Kegiatan tersebut yakni dalam rangka untuk mendukung kegiatan penggelaran perangkat lunak (software rollout) secara masif yang dilakukan oleh Bareskrim agar tercapai target penggunaan secara konsisten sebesar 90% pada tahun 2024 terhadap aplikasi e-MP oleh penyidik dan penyidik pembantu Bareskrim Polri, di 34 Polda dan 514 Polres sebagaimana tercantum dalam Renstra Bareskrim Polri Tahun 2020-2024, Serta tersusunnya suatu strategi penggelaran perangkat lunak (software rollout) secara masif sehingga aplikasi e-Manajemen Penyidikan digunakan secara konsisten sebesar 90% pada tahun 2024 oleh penyidik dan penyidik pembantu di Bareskrim Polri dan di 34 Polda serta 514 Polres.
Selain itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para penyidik dan penyidik pembantu terkait penggunaan aplikasi e-MP.
“Dalam penelitian ini, kami telah melakukan wawancara secara langsung kepada responden seperti Wakapolresta, Kasat dan anggota lainnya dan hasil dari penelitian ini akan dikompulir serta akan dilakukan analisa bersama dengan konsultan di Puslitbang Polri.,” tambah KBP Syahrial.
“Banyak saran atau masukan yang bagus dari para responden dan inilah yg akan kami kaji serta analisa untuk perbaikan kedepannya,” pungkasnya.
