Polres Gorontalo Kota – Dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai anggota Kepolisian dalam memberikan pelayan masyarakat khususnya umat nasrani, Aiptu Soemarno Abas melaksanakan kegiatan pengamanan di gereja Pantekosta Eklesia Kelurahan Tenda Kecanatan Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo sebagai bentuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang sedang melaksanakan ibadah. Dalam giat ibadah gereja Eklesia dihadiri Sekitar 100 Orang jemaat yang ikut serta dalam melakukan ibadah Puji pujian Tuhan Yesus Kristus juru selamat Umat manusia dan Seluruh isi alam Semesta serta damai Aman sentosa.
Adapun Yang menjadi Pimpinan Ibadah Jemaat Gereja Tersebut Adalah Pendeta Samuel Pangalo.
Pada kesempatan itu Bhabinkamtibmas menyampaikan pesan kamtibmas kepada jemaat gereja agar selalu menjaga kerukunan antar umat beragama yang selama ini terjalin dengan baik serta waspada terhadap kelompok radikal dan anti pancasila.
Kegiatan ini memang rutin dilaksanakan setiap hari Sabtu dan Minggu, terutama pada saat umat Kristen melaksanakan ibadah, Anggota Bhabinkamtibmas juga menghimbau kepada Pengurus dan Jemaat untuk membantu tugas kepolisian dalam menciptakan situasi yang aman selama kegiatan berlangsung.
